The staff makes it clear to the instructor that it’s your first time and you get a little tour of the facilities. Hannah, the instructor, was amazing. The pacing was great and there were only 5 people in the class so he was able to go around and adjust our positions which was really helpful. This was super worth our time - 1.5 hour class to relax, stretch, and challenge your body and wind down a busy week (especially when there's so much strain on your back)!
