I'm new to cycling and still have trouble coordinating cycling with hand/arm movements….. still trying to get the rhythm of it! But i still got a great workout. Sometimes i find it difficult to “catch” when the instructors yell out to add turns or increase stages….i actually didn’t have much trouble this class (for the first time) but I’ve had a harder time in other classes. It would be helpful if they had a projector that said what stage or how many turns were should have so it would be easier to see. Other than that renting cycle shoes is $2…. They have lockers with electronic locks, water refill station, showers, they provide towels, and at the end of the class they give you a cold eucalyptus scented towel which is lovely. Overall it’s a really beautiful and clean facility! I like this place i just wish it was closer to me since i drive in from Henderson!

We started on the bag, then weights + full body workout, then back to the bag and finished with a core sequence. My only note is that the cues and countdown seemed a little loud but maybe my ears just haven’t been in a rumble class in a bit. It seemed like everyone got the push and workout they needed, would recommend for advanced or beginners. I’ll try his classes again!

I felt really safe and she explained everything super well. Getting into aerial can be super intimidating so I really appreciated having such a kind and patient instructor willing to break things down for me.
