Your body really gets to feel the pose in depth and even if you have been practicing a while you notice that your body starts to sink into the pose or feel trembling since you normally don’t stay in that pose for that long. She is a kind teacher and I like how she adjusts the yogi’s body to make sure we are doing it correctly.
