I take his class every week and so many people come in and are clueless, potentially harming themselves and others. Unlike other coaches, Carlos tries to help.     Really enjoyed the workout! Agree with others that they do allow a fair amount of people but I didn’t feel like I was bumping into anyone by any means. The only downside to how many people were present is I think it makes it hard for the instructor to see what everybody is doing and make suggestions but she did a pretty good job! Plus you can look to those at your station for further guidance.

    Great, as always. The programming at Fhitting Room is thought out and varied but also comprehensive. I do wish they'd go back to pre-pandemic model of two instructors for the big class size. You don't get any individual attention or corrections in a 20+ person class with one instructor. This is alright for someone who knows more or less what they're doing but definitely wouldn't be enough for someone who is newer in their fitness journey.

    Y7 instructors are so inconsistent. One of the core features of the class is to set an intention and close the class out with a dose of motivation via inspirational quote. Courtney always chooses unique intentions and quotes for each of her classes. She has great flows and guidance. Love her so much! I hate how Y7 still charges for mats. The purpose of going to yoga is to relax but it’s hard when you have to carry a lot of equipment over or need to pay money to secure materials for class. Humming Puppy provides ALL equipment that is how it should be. Stop nickle and diming everyone.

    This studio has become a new favorite of mine.. Chuck was really incredible. While the workout was really fast-paced and intense, he was really great with managing the entire class, constantly giving feedback, encouragement and corrections, with options to modify at every step. With a class of a lot of beginners (including myself), his patience and encouragement were so energizing.
