If you don’t have your own gloves or shin guards, they have some you can borrow. It was a great cardio workout, and I could also feel my arms burning! Fun class to try out!

I have a slight background in kickboxing training and just wanted to try out another MMA form. As the only female in the gym that class i felt very comfortable.
