From the moment I arrived, every member of staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (from security guards to concierge at the hotel). The spa is absolutely beautiful. It is extremely clean with a very calm atmosphere. Vinoud (I hope I have his name correct) was extremely welcoming, he explained the treatments to me and also showed me the different spa facilities I could use for free (pool, sauna etc.) Pawittra gave me the most AMAZING facial. After returning from vacation, my skin has been feeling dull and dry. I've never felt so relaxed and rejuvenated from a facial. She also messaged my legs, feet, arms, hands, shoulders and head as well! I can't believe I've lived in Abu Dhabi for so long and only just discovered this spa. I'll definitely be back!
