The instructor was super attentive, taking the time to test my limits and gauge my mobility level. I left feeling challenged, energized, and very well supported. Highly recommend!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed my Pilates intermediate class with coach Joy!. I especially appreciated how the instructor focused on teaching me the proper posture and form throughout the session. We worked on the core, legs, and arms, so it felt like a well-rounded full-body workout. Overall, I’m very happy with how the class turned out and I definitely enjoyed the experience.
