The Pilates class was absolutely fantastic challenging in the best way, yet accessible and enjoyable. After the session, I could already feel the benefits throughout my entire body. I left feeling stronger, more energized, and incredibly refreshed. A special mention goes to Chainese, the instructor, who was truly exceptional. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every student in the class. She took the time to make sure everyone had the correct form, offered personalized guidance, and created such a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Her passion for teaching really shines through, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was how much she cared about her students’ progress and well-being. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, she makes you feel supported and motivated throughout the class. Her energy is contagious, and she has a wonderful way of helping you push yourself while still feeling comfortable and confident. As a lovely surprise, we even received a gift at the end of the session, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel even more special. This is honestly one of the best Pilates classes I have attended in Dubai. If you’re looking for a professional, caring, and highly skilled instructor who can make you feel stronger, healthier, and full of energy, I highly recommend taking her classes. I can’t wait to come back ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
