Every class I’ve gone to has been amazing and challenged me and the environment feels so welcoming all thanks to each and every instructor. Personally for Sculpt classes I would recommend Avery and Jackie’s classes and for Flow I highly recommend Nicole and Lily. This is my go to place and they never run out of good ideas for their themed classes as well!!☺️

I have been doing yoga for about 78 months and I’ve had a lot of amazing teachers throughout this time, but this was by far just the most rewarding class I’ve ever taken. I am looking for classes with this instructor and I don’t see any so hopefully she’ll do more classes.
