I’m 5 months postpartum and this was super accessible for me, but she also gave options in each direction for those that wanted to take the poses further. Perfectly heated room ! Andrea was patient with me and taught me the intro steps in a way that didn’t make me feel hopeless. Now that I am a few months in I have improved so much and feel like I’m getting to live out my childhood ballet dreams. She works with everyone in the class fo make sure it’s challenging and enjoyable for everyone. Recommend this class for people who have never danced as well as those looking to find a fun way to get back into it. She plays the BEST music and it’s always an enjoyable workout. 10/10 recommend this class and this studio

I have taken several classes from Yulia at other places, and I was so glad to see her name on Classpass! Her class consists of a brief, yet great message, cardio & strength warm up, flexibility, and relaxation (her voice smooths you); it has everything I need. I haven't found any other instructor in Atlanta like her. Highly recommend!

I loved that she watches the students and the cool washcloths were very appreciated when I needed to take a break to cool down.
