The place is aesthetically pleasing and had such a nice scent the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The staff were polite, warm, and very friendly throughout my visit. I booked a Brazilian + underarms wax, and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences at other places. Adel, the therapist, was incredibly skillful, gentle, and attentive, which made the whole session much more comfortable. Shout out to Adel 🌟 Definitely a place I would return to for future treatments!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI did a wash & blow only at TRIC today. My go-to branch is always MyTOWN since it’s the closest to my house. I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows. I really hope they’ll have more people like Grace, and that Grace stays here forever because it’s honestly so hard to find someone that makes you feel this comfortable 🥺🤍 Will definitely keep coming back here!
