The instructor has the most incredible energy I've ever seen and she is an unreal dancer, and she brings the best vibes to the class. The music was fun, the routines that she choreographed were engaging, and it's very inclusive for all levels from beginner to more advanced. I'll definitely be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenVictoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMel’s Flex class was easy to follow and easily adjusted with blocks to my beginner level. I liked that the instructor walked around correcting/ adjusting form where needed. Even though I wasn’t doing the most difficult stretches I felt challenged

Nisan’s classes are an absolute joy. The flow is excellent, with thoughtful variations that keep things interesting and engaging. Her instructions are clear, easy to follow, and delivered with patience and encouragement. At the same time, the workouts are challenging in all the right ways, you definitely feel a good burn during class and the next day. Highly recommend Nisan’s classes to anyone looking for a rewarding and enjoyable Pilates experience.
