Guided wo making it feel like pressure which is rare. I wish I could make it to his headstand workshop too hope he does more of that

alle beoordelingen weergevenIk ging naar de les van Brittany omdat haar lessen vaak volgeboekt zijn en ze veel goede reviews heeft. Hele fijne docent die oog heeft voor het verschil in ieders lichaam en niveau. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug!

alle beoordelingen weergevenDe lessen zijn heerlijk intensief en één vd weinige goede Hatha hot yoga lessen op ClassPass. Ik kom er graag en vooral Paul is mijn favoriete instructor. Enige verbeterpunt wat ik kan bedenken is de shavasana van 1 minuut. Die voelt te kort na zo'n intense les. Vaak blijft ik langer liggen (5-10min), maar de rest vd mensen begint wel met opruimen en paar minuten later gaan ze ook gewoon om je heen dweilen. Daardoor een wat onrustig einde. Wellicht is het mogelijk om de lessen 75min te maken, zodat er wat tijd is om bij te komen?

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuch a wonderful vinyasa class. A really nice build up to the peak pose too. The flow was creative and I loved the beginning meditation and rounding off the class with some breathwork. Can’t wait to join this class again 🥰

alle beoordelingen weergevenZoe creates a really good and safe atmosphere for the workout. She gives clear instructions for every exercise and she is there to check and correct your posture if needed. I definitely recommend this class. It will definitely burn but it is worth it.
