Barre Booty
alle beoordelingen weergevenToday was my first time taking Breffeni’s barre class, and the sequence was brilliantly structured. Every movement flowed seamlessly into the next, and she paid close attention to correcting our form while giving us the space to find our own tempo. Her instructions were so clear and intuitive. I’ve never experienced a barre class with this level of focus and engagement. Highly recommend!

alle beoordelingen weergevenPhaedra is amazing!! 💖 Her classes are great and a real burn, but she motivates you to advance yourself and gives many options to change the exercises to your level or energy of the day. She truly keeps an eye on everyone and corrects you in a nice and positive way.

Barre is always spicy for the glutes, but she guided us through it perfectly and corrected my posture along the way. I was super happy with the class!

alle beoordelingen weergevenNada is an incredible facilitator who creates a healing ecosystem that feels both brand new and ancient at the same time. Having attended her different ceremonies, I can say her trauma-informed guidance is incredible. It is a rare place where it just flows—I felt guided to drop my armor and mask, and equally empty and pour my cup. I was invited to truly feel in an authentic way, releasing what I needed to without bleeding into others, yet feeling deeply carried. It was a powerful space for me to take up room, be fully seen in my vulnerability, and experience women supporting each other without competition. An absolutely beautiful, deeply grounding experience that I highly recommend!

alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was really nice, perfect that it is only for small group. Only feedback, the hall and changing space are just next to it, with not best isolated door and walls, so it was quite noisy from the people speaking. Quieter would be ideal for Yin yoga relax session to the fullest.
