alle beoordelingen weergevenIk heb een flexibility intake met Mitra gedaan,ze gaf mij meerdere opties op wat voor manier ik zou willen stretchen en we zijn gelijk aan de slag gegaan! Mitra heeft met mij verschillende oefeningen gedaan die intens waren maar daardoor ook zeer effectief. Ik ben in de les zelf een stuk verder gekomen in mijn middle split! || I got the impression that Mitra is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and flexibility training and she was very "hands on" with her approach. I improved a lot in just one session! Thank you Mitra!
