alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class was welcoming. I enjoyed being challenged with the movements, most of it was manageable for a newbie and I’m sure the rest will be once repeated enough. Christina was very easy to follow. I would recommend if you are in need of deep hip and leg stretches

alle beoordelingen weergevenVictoria is such a lovely instructor with a nice energy. She made sure everybody felt comfortable. A very nice class if you want to explore your own sensuality. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMel’s Flex class was easy to follow and easily adjusted with blocks to my beginner level. I liked that the instructor walked around correcting/ adjusting form where needed. Even though I wasn’t doing the most difficult stretches I felt challenged
