Instructor seems quite new and doesn’t give options for people who struggle with balance and certain moves. Most instructors I met, would step in with a balancing pole or refine the moves to make sure students can do the workout effectively without hurting themselves or struggling with balance, etc.

I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

When I am killed with cardio I lose all of my focus on my form and then I lose the benefits. There are enough moments in between movements to catch my breath and still feel dead at the end.

The class is much slower and more intentional than some of the larger reformer studios- something I loved- if you’re after that faster pace, this class might not be for you. Will be back for sure!
