The owner and my technician made sure that I was happy with the color and shape of my nails along the entire process. I was one of the last appointments for the day, but they still took their time and didn’t rush to close up shop. I’m also writing this review 2 weeks after my appointment, because typically I have a nail or two break or fall off days after from other salons. However, mine still look PERFECT weeks later. Will be going back again and again :)

They were running very behind schedule and my facial was about a half hour late, but my hair stylist was very apologetic and gave me a complimentary deep conditioning treatment while I waited. The facial was fantastic and so calming! The stylist did a great job on my hair and it held for the entire weekend. I’d definitely recommend and return!

They offered me wine, water, and a cappuccino once I arrived- I took them up on the cappuccino and it was fantastic. What a treat! I honestly didn’t know what to expect from the keratin treatment but I’m blown away with how soft, silky, shiny, and smooth my hair looks. I hate when my hair has dead ends, I usually have so many, and now they are all completely sealed up, and my hair has NO FRIZZ. Like magic. I will be taking cautious care and will definitely consider coming back for the full treatment. My hair looks salon perfect, even after the first wash. My hair air-dried completely straight with no frizz, then with a little once over with a blow dry brush, IT IS PERFECT! literally magical.

The nail color was too thick and she didn’t know to add thinner to be able to use it. My nails were filed crooked and she was getting annoyed when I was taking time to fix it before she painted my nails. Turned out ok in the end, not great, but I won’t be back.

I was informed that to remove my previous gel nail polish that was on my toes, it would cost $5. I was also told that it would be an additional charge if I wanted gel polish instead of regular nail polish, since gel polish wasn’t included in the Lux pedicure. I didn’t mind these additional charges since this is the business’s customary practices and my technician was very friendly and informative and gave me the option to opt out of anything I didn’t want. Although the descriptions on classpass aren’t very thorough, it is not the business’s fault that I wasn’t aware of this - I’m just including this information here for other patrons. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and my feet and toes look and feel great! Thank you!
