I love the private room, it’s got enough space to move safely but still feel cozy. There are three or four towels so you don’t have to bring your own. The cold plunge tub is huge. I set a goal of how long I’d stay in the sauna and the cold plunge and made it a game (I won btw). Really cool concept and despite the drastic difference in temperatures, I do feel rejuvenated after my hour there. The studio is also VERY clean. Give it a try!

The massage was excellent - the therapist consistently checked in about the pressure and made sure I was comfortable throughout, which I really appreciated. The facial afterward was so relaxing and felt like the perfect complement to the massage. The whole experience felt thoughtful, calming, and luxurious from start to finish.
