The class was heated to about 90. I found it very well paced and a great balance of strength, mobility, and stretch. The instructors cues were specific and helpful. This was also a very sensory experience - we got the optional of essential oils at beginning and end, a lower back cream, eye masks for savasana, and a few hands on assists.
