alle beoordelingen weergevenHad a sub this week. Class is always a great time but it can be a little difficult for beginners. It seems that it’s designed for regulars who attend each week and become familiar with the tracks/routines, but this can be tricky if you only pop in from time to time. The regular instructor will go over some dances beforehand which can be really helpful, but I also wish they would cue more regularly (like a typical dance cardio class) throughout the dances. Overall a good time and good workout. Wish the rest of the class would clap/cheer after a dance - can be kind of awkward how everyone stands around in silence after a super high energy song!

alle beoordelingen weergevenSuper fun class! Great group of people! I felt welcomed and included. Staff did an excellent job helping me get settled and get the necessary equipment out (yoga mat and weights). Instructor was awesome—high energy music and tons of fun! Will be back!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis isn’t on the studio but class pass wasn’t updated so I showed up and no one was there. The studio owner communicated well with me and offered a free class. This has happened multiple times with class pass and it’s a big let down to make it to a class (arrange child care and schedules, etc) to not be able to work out 🙁
