see all reviewsI was so nervous for this class cause it was a hot Pilates but it was really just warm and not bad at all! The instructor was very helpful with variations for different levels and helped adjust people to be in correct form. The classes are smaller and had dim calm lighting with fun music!

see all reviewsThe instructor was so sweet and welcoming! The class was a good workout. It had challenging pose variations that were fun to try and she guided everyone at various levels very well! Everyone in the class was very friendly too. Would recommend slow flow it’s a great day starter with positive energy!
