I had gone to undergrad at UGA and Yonder was not here at the time, so I wanted to try it out. Little did I know the treat I was in for! The studio was a beautiful remodel of the old collective harvest grocery store and was so clean and spacious. The class itself was amazing with a fantastic teacher—Lauren taught a fun, perfectly-paced, and challenging flow! The chilled lavender towel at the end was wonderful, and I left the studio feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. Wish I still lived in Athens so I could get a membership here!!

Over the past year, her classes have transformed both my body and sleep quality. I often joke that she must infuse the air with melatonin, as I consistently leave feeling relaxed and have the best night of sleeppp. Love attending Jillian revival class, she has such a warm, relaxing and personable present about her always creating such a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. If you haven't taken her class yet, I highly recommend it – word cannot express enough how great Jillian is!
