Shai was a fantastic instructor. She explained things well and demonstrated several times which was SO helpful. She made sure my friend and I were following and gave the perfect amount of extra help without making us feel silly. Will definitely come back!

I’m a yogi person and wanted to try something new, not knowing that I was about to stretch out my quads for five minutes straight when I got home. alle beoordelingen weergeven9Round Kickboxing Fitness is a 30 minute circuit workout. Full body with kickboxing elements. I came in and was greeted warmly by the owner, Geri. She’s a bright light with a great sense of humor. She is very energetic and is incredibly encouraging throughout the circiut. And wow. It was an intense 30 minutes. Jump rope, planks, weight lifting, jumping jacks, core work, frog jumps. Used a speed bag, double end bag, heavy bag, and the one that looks like a space hopper. Threw jabs, hooks, and crosses. Did knee jabs and kicks. I didn’t catch my breath until the very end. There are lockers available, which makes it easy to pop in before or after work. I love that I’ll never do the same workout twice. Already looking forward to returning
