alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was a great class, instructor was very welcoming and encouraging. I was nervous coming in but I think everyone was in their own zone. The only thing I will say, the music was a slight hair too loud so it was sometimes hard to hear the instructor, but it does repeat and there are plenty ppl to follow 😂 Overall loved it, and I will be back.

I especially loved the instructor’s calm, soothing voice, which made it easy to relax, stay present, and enjoy the class. Such a refreshing experience, and I definitely look forward to returning!

The practice was about connecting our bodies with our breath and our mind, while grounding in ourselves. I felt myself checking my “Golden Cube” all day long, keeping my alignment centered and standing taller. Shonali was an amazing and comforting instructor with an amazing voice that was so beautiful and perfectly toned that we didn’t miss a singing bowl. It was such a fun , inspiring, but still challenging flow. Very cool and welcoming.

The Hot Pilates workout was tough but there was options to take it at your own speed and intensity, so it can be catered to all levels. I wish the speaker was working a little better because the music would cut out in the middle of a plank and that would be rough!! But overall amazing place!

The instrumental music playing is very soothing, and I also enjoyed the heated aspect of it. However, the movements themselves were a bit challenging for a beginner like me. So, keep that in mind if this is your first ever class like me. But overall, I had a great time and would definitely try it again.

alle beoordelingen weergevenFriendly/Helpful Staff at the Front Desk, Great Gym, Clean, Spacious, Plenty of Equipment to Use, and Love that there is a Sauna. My only issue is that no one checked to see if the locker room was empty prior to coming in to clean. The first person that came in was a woman so I had no issue being there while I got dressed and gathered my things but then a man entered and she did not alert him that I was there even after seeing me and yell or say anything to allow women in the locker room to know that a man was entering. He was kind and apologized and that’s an easy fix.
