There were only 2 of us in the class so it felt very intimate and the instructor was extremely helpful with correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. I also just loved the vibe of the studio, it was very clean and I felt very calm in the space. I’d definitely come back to this class!

She was gentle on any areas of concern and took her time through the entire massage. I feel lighter, grounded and less puffy post massage. The entire staff is lovely to be with as well. I will definitely be going back. Hidden gem, for sure! <3

She gives great corrections and wants the moves to be intentional. Studio is small, gives small private session feel.
