Kathryn was so lovely, she talked to me about my concerns before the service and made sure I was good with everything we’d be doing. The environment in the room was very relaxing and pleasant. The light massage throughout the service was perfect! I also appreciated that she asked before she started to do extractions. The next day, the painful bumps felt much better and now (3 days later) my whole back is much smoother and healing well. I would highly recommend this service!

Melinda was great at answering my skin questions, and I also had the pleasure of Henry the cat being there through my appointment, where he slept by my legs the whole time (which I loved, but I was told he is not at the studio regularly). But I will say the workers are very nice and she did a great job! I have blonde hair so it can be a pain but she barely missed any spots on the first go( compared to other places I’ve gone on here to get my legs done where I have to point out multiple spots they’ve missed).
