I had to stop and take a break a few times to keep up and I am in fairly decent shape. The energy level, fun personality, dedication to making everyone reflected what a great coach she is. she made you feel welcome and for all to work at their own level. I feel so lucky to have two back-to-back really good workouts. This is the first time I have been to the sculpt swan but I am definitely going to make this a regular class it put you on another level of sculpt goals. Even the people in the class were all athletic showing me yet another reason for me to keep coming. GOALS!

She also had the perfect playlist that kept me pushing since the beats were so good. I highly recommend this studio ❤️

Even when I first started going, Ash took the time to learn my name. It’s a really good work out for both my body and my mind. I can’t recommend it enough.

Her ability to teach is only surpassed by her awesome attitude...Sequencing was adjusted prior to class by in depth disscussion of students wants and needs. After attending thousands of classes for the last 25 years, I can honestly say that the studio &this teacher are among the top 3 considering number two is my own body. That's pretty good.... This is what Yoga is supposed to be.

I love her approach to functional movement and fun transitions . There’s always some core work too. Such a fun class! And the playlists - awesome. The staff at Castlehill Fitness is always friendly and makes me feel welcome! I definitely will return.
