Her yoga instructions are always clear and on point, which makes it easy to follow along even when the class gets challenging. The classes are definitely a good workout for beginners too, but she creates a great balance by offering different options for all levels. The atmosphere in the yoga shala is also beautiful and calming. Really enjoyed the experience 🤍
