I love the concept of a women only gym! I felt so comfortable. The class was a small room but there were only 3 of us. The Zumba instructor was very cheerful and energetic. It’s a fairly easy class which makes me want to bring my mum next time.

The instructor was very friendly and explained the exercises very well. Really liked how she helped to immediately correct my form so no time is wasted during the 30min! And don't think that 30min means this is just an easy workout, it's not! I was winded by the cardio after the first round. 🫠

Gym Time
Was actually there for gym time but was given circuit training - which I didn't mind at all since it was my first time there. Equipment were pretty easy to grasp with trainer's instructions. The ongoing video playing helped time 45 secs of reps. Equipment are a little worn with signs of wear and tear, but everything is clean, and staff were friendly and helpful.
