Indoor temperature went up to 123 F. Full body workout and sweat session. I'd recommend bringing a change of clothes for after class. I'll definitely be coming back.

No difficult poses, just luxurious stretches and mindful breathing. The instructor, Amanda, provided demonstrations of every move with modifications for those who needed it. She was helpful, kind, and mindful of different levels in the room. The environment was very clean, well maintained, and relaxing. 10/10 would attend again!

I love how he focuses less on Choreo and more on RPM and gears – which really let me get the most out of my workout with him. We’ll definitely be booking again with him.!
