There was a lot of instruction that made me feel confident and there was a lot of one on one time despite it being a group class. It was a very encouraging environment and I recommend everyone check it out, even if you are a beginner. I would warn that there is quite a bit of conditioning which I personally enjoyed, but be aware.

Class was good, definitely beginners friendly too if you wanted to try and have a good workout. Just not typical muay thai camp for sure, and it’s very fancy gym in my experience haha (full amenities in shower room and 2 hairdryers in changing room). Will come back for the muay thai class next time and make sure have more time to enjoy the gym.
