Gentle flow to get started at first but we were able to have a variety of challenging poses if we wanted. Also nice they offer mosquito spray since it’s outdoors and yummy tea at the end.

But I didn’t think of it as a bad thing, it was a nice flow. Mats could be cleaned a little better though but I appreciate the hands on adjustments a lot.

We did some breathwork in the beginning, which was really nice and calming. They also provided yoga mat, blocks, and yoga belt, which was really helpful for me, who has a stiff body and needed some help. Overall, I recommend the place, and they offer different kind of classes. I will come back to try their mat pilates class.
