I especially appreciated that before the class they asked each participant whether they were comfortable with hands-on adjustments and whether they consented to being photographed or filmed for social media. It showed a genuine respect for everyone’s personal boundaries and privacy, which I found incredibly thoughtful. Kartana is attentive and inspiring. He creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. I highly recommend this class!

Risa is very passionate and knowledgeable, and she has a real talent for explaining things. We learned proper alignment in asanas, did breathwork, meditation, and even had a sound bath.
