The teacher has an incredible energy, the classes was not squeezed to fit the usual 1h and the rythm was following the respiration, not rushed. The level was perfect, not too easy neither difficult and adaptée to the heat. Also the aircon was on and that was very enjoyable. The place is beautiful. Thank you so much!
