For this class, I think you need some prior foundation. If you’re a beginner like me, you might struggle with some movements. But if you’re experienced, you will absolutely love it.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class size is very intimate of maximum 4 people so the instructor is able to give personalized attention during the whole session, making sure you have the right form! Also the vibe of the class was very wholesome, low impact, focused, and without the music and soft tone instructions by the instructor, i found myself very present and focused on the motions, not distracted by other variables. The studio in itself looked great with all their facilities, changing room, bathroom, even some after workout treats like tea, crackers, gummies etc. liked it more than I thought i would! Will definitely go back🤗
