We used a 5lb donut and booty band and the barre. I was out of breath AND burning muscles. I loved it. I’ll be back next Monday!

Sophie really worked our legs and thighs to their max, pushing us beyond our limits, motivating us and keeping an eye on good execution of movements. I’m a huge fan of her classes and highly suggest you to try them out!!!

The class was definitely demanding , but her clear guidance and great patience made it accessible. There was actually a festival going on out of the window, but she made me ignore all the noises and loud music and just be present and focused. Hands down. Simply impressive. It’s quite a very Shaka and this class was quite full which which doesn’t allow for much correcting. Last time I went there at a Saturday masterclass there were 2 assistants who didn’t do much correcting either.. the room was also a bit stuffy like the air purifiers weren’t doing much. Keep in mind they charge extra for the use of their mats so the price ends being a bit steep .
