Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. She had us do some (non intimidating!!) improv after warm ups and I felt so joyful and connected to the music. Will definitely return!

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe guy at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming! Class was great! I love my yin and was in town visiting. I was really happy it stuck to traditional yin: not a lot of talking, poses held 3 to 5 minutes, and a cooler room to protect the muscles. It seemed like most people there had done yin before. Playlist was relaxing and appropriate but just a bit loud, but I was by the speaker I think! Would definitely come back!!! A gem of a yoga studio right on the coast!

So cool to learn from a professional dancer. I did notice the other students wore leotards and tights with the ballerina bun hair, but I was just in workout pants and a tank top (and ballet shoes.)
