You can go at whatever pace you feel comfortable at, even if it’s lower/slower than what the instructor tells you to do! Absolutely no judgment from anyone, and there was a lot of encouragement from my peers. I’ve been looking for a class that had some more cardio than strength/weight training, and I felt like this class had a good balance of both (treadmill + bench). I will definitely be coming back!

She would say the same phrase more than three times which was a little off putting for me personally, but it wasn’t bad. I also liked the change rooms and mirror space (I do recommend putting lighting around the mirrors for people to get ready with better visibility).
