She addressed my concerns and helped me pick a color. Salon is cute and clean. Only drawback is color options... picked from the bottle color which wasn't what it looks like on my nails. Having the nail swatches would be helpful. Would be back if she offered gel overlay. Overall very happy though! Thank you.

I appreciated the attention to details, understanding my needs when it comes to my fine and flat hair (I have texture and volume now yay), and styling tips for volume to my hair. The staff could use some customer service training to help feel customers welcome and appreciated. Areas for improvement-train the staff on customer service. They were transactional. I can get a blow out anywhere, but to move from a first time customer from transaction to a recurring client I’d recommend creating that welcome and warm feel for customers.

I have very long hair so I've learned to always say I want less cut off than I really do for a trim so when I did he showed me exactly where that would be and cut the exact amount I asked for, not more like other stylist I've seen. He was very friendly, talented, and communicated everything well before and during the appointment. I will be returning to him for my future hair needs. He also does waxing and makeup so I may be visiting him sooner for those services.
