alle beoordelingen weergevenExcellent Yin yoga class. Very relaxing, detailed instructions, and experienced yoga teacher. The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end. I came in with a shoulder ache caused by my own bad posture, and left with no ache at all. 10/10 would do this again!

The studio, and the other guests, had a wonderful energy. The session was mostly centered around my sciatica and not only has the pain disappeared but my legs are so much looser I barely recognize them. My nervous system and mood had improved significantly in the work. In my meditation later that evening I felt so much more energy that it was almost scary. Do note that facia work can be painful so if you are sensitive to this communicate it on the call before booking.
