He knows just how to challenge you without driving you to your breaking point. His classes cater to all levels and abilities, and he has a great mentality and positive attitude. I’ve been doing these classes for a few months now and definitely feel my body getting stronger and more flexible. Could not recommend his classes enough!

Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.
