They were very apologetic and said they will give hot stone at my next visit. The masseuse was very sweet - accidents happen and I appreciate that they were apologetic about the mistake. The massage was still relaxing and good.

But it turned out to be the best facial I’ve ever had. By the end of the session, I already noticed a difference—my skin looked fresher, more lifted, and noticeably younger. It was incredibly clean, glowing, and more even, and all the puffiness was gone right away. It honestly looked like I had rested for weeks.
