    I had such a great time! This was my very first cycle class ever and I was a bit intimidated to try before coming in, but the staff were so welcoming and the workout was awesome. It was more doable than I had thought! Samira is a great instructor and I think if you’re a beginner this is a great starting point! But can be as challenging as you want for people more advanced.

    INDOOR CYCLING

    I absolutely love this class. The instructor is attentive energetic and fun. The other participants were nice and very helpful. This was my first session it was hard for me to keep up. But I just tried to keep cycling till the end. The bike seat was messing up my groove because it was extremely hard that’s the only thing I didn’t like. But I will be joining this class again.

    BODYROK BASICS

    I’ve been doing Pilates for a while now so I only took a foundations class to accompany my mother. Fair to say I thought it would be an easy class — I was wrong! Lol but that’s a good thing!! It was just as challenging as a normal class but I really liked how hands on the instructor was. Her instructions were very well explained and she did amazing to make sure our form was top priority. Love love love. Highly recommend everyone to take a few basic clases, you’ll still get an amazing workout in!
