I didn't fall asleep but it's basically show up,lay down and listen.and somehow eben my body felt better afterwards not only my mind? I don't have a lot of experience with sound baths (yet?), and I can imagine some people might feel nothing or I dunno don't like it, but I really really liked this class and the others around me said similar things as far as I heard.

The space is really nice and clean. Shoes should be taken off at the entrance, which is a big plus. The instructor was helpful.
