alle beoordelingen weergevenI'm new to Barre and this class with Whitney was such a positive experience. Everyone was welcoming and encouraging. Yes it was challenging, the hardest class I've taken yet, but the class flowed nicely and now my body feels awesome. I'll be feeling this for a few days for sure and I'll def be back for more. Also gratitude for ClassPass because it's really helped me get out of my comfort zone and try new studios and styles that I didn't know would be such a good match for me.

It allowed me to truly feel into the asanas and where my body was in space and center my mind in the moment. Her hands on assists and adjustments felt so good, pushing me to go just slightly deeper into the asanas. She also just has a gentle healing energy to her touch. I 100% recommend this slow flow class with Bia!
