Florin pushes us to a max with the right tone and explains all the choreographies in a clear way. It’s not just a super great workout for toning etc. but also a happy place for everything in regards to mental wellbeing :).

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time in this gym at Bike & Beats with Zoe. I enjoyed the class a lot, the instructor was super nice and friendly, helped me understand the logic and keep up throughout the class, and the workout was super intense!

alle beoordelingen weergevenExcellent class for beginners but you can still be challenged if you feel like it. Laurine was really sweet and helpful when I wanted to be corrected during a pose. I learned a lot about the yoga philosophy, thank you for that !
