alle beoordelingen weergevenClass was good and challenging. Definitely a different style and pace from other yoga classes I’ve taken. It didn’t feel as hot as I expected but still had a good sweat. A great way to decompress after a long shift from the hospital. I’m glad I was able to keep up with other baddies in the class.
