The spacious studio, welcoming staff, music, teacher, her powerful and meaningful voice, how she took her time to explain in detail everything what we were doing, every part of the class, especially the ending. After the class, I felt so relaxed and grateful. Thank you!

She begins with a simple motion that leads to a harder workout so its easy to follow along and i felt great afterwards! The clothes in the lobby are also adorable! Will definitely be back

The spin class however felt like it was recently added on or they just ran out of money for the program. It was in this small back room that wasn’t finished and felt completely different than a class at a traditional spin facility.
