They also let me bring my bike inside when I forgot a lock - all around, such helpful accommodating service. The pressure was nuts and exactly what I wanted. The one time I pulled back and asked for lighter, CiCi did seem to let up a little. We didn’t talk much about my preferences (perhaps language barrier?) but I feel CiCi would have paid attention if we did.

She helped me excise a clogged pore/bead that I’ve had a couple years that other estheticians at a different spa on Newbury could not or didn’t bother to. The whole experience was relaxing and pain during the extractions was minimal which surprised me. I got the trio elevations: hydrapurge, red lights, and o2 serum infusions. The only thing is I wish the space was bigger since the beds were separated by boho curtains in a small space. In the end she recommended a product for my skin which I ended up buying and using. I would definitely come here again!

The lady that did my pedicure was Ada and she did a great job. massage was great and she took her time with the pedicure. She spoke very little English but was very nice. I got a brazilian one time (sugared) years ago and had a horrible experience so I was very nervous to try again but hoped wax might be better. It was definitely much less painful than my first brazilian experience but a lot of that was probably because of how great Rejina is at what she does, not just the kind of wax she used. I was in and out in about 10 mins and Rejina being so quick and calm really helped my nerves. I will definitely be back!
