    The heat was super gentle and the beginning yoga portion was a really manageable flow and a great warm up. The medium weights were enough to require decent effort to make it through without being overly fatiguing in exercises like curls, halos, squat thrusters, and sumo squats. Overall really good class, fabulous instructor, and a gorgeous studio with everything you could need. Only feedback was the music seemed crazy loud for shavasana but was totally fine otherwise - would recommend this to everyone.

    This class was awesome! The program was effective, vibe was energetic, and coach was so attentive and motivational. The class had a strong community feel. The gym feels boutique but way more down to earth than the big fitness chains. Highly recommend!!

    I was really nervous because I don't workout, have just been sitting at an office all day, and came in while everyone else looked pretty fit and ready. However Lele kept repeating her movements when we were shy and needed her to, was thoughtful when looking at the parts we tripped up on, and was ultimately a great time! Definitely gonna go again. I do wish they asked if anyone doesn't want to be in the recorded video though, I just went along with it since why not, but if I was a more modest/hijab girl, I would want someone to ask before posting public.
